Whispering Pines Cottage is a private 4-bedroom Muskoka retreat on 2 acres with over 1,000 ft of waterfront on 3 Mile Lake and the Dee River. Enjoy stunning views through large Muskoka windows, a spacious Great Hall, fully equipped kitchen, and a lower level with entertainment. Ideal for families or longer, relaxing stays.

The Great Hall on the main floor features large Muskoka windows with beautiful water views and a comfortable space to gather.

The cottage includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:

* Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite
* Second bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
* Third bedroom with a queen bed
* Lower level bedroom with a king bed

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a Keurig coffee maker, and a 7-seat dining table.

A loft area provides a great space for kids to relax and play.

The lower level offers additional living space with a pool table, basketball arcade, and TV. TVs are available on both floors.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Outside, enjoy a propane BBQ and access to two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle board (seasonal).

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety.

The property is accessible by road with parking for up to 4 vehicles. The driveway is steep, so all-wheel drive vehicles equipped with winter tires are mandatory from November to May.

The cottage is set on a hill, with several steps leading down to the dock.

Please note: the rear deck, dock, kayaks, and canoe are not available during winter months (November to May).

Swimming and water activities are popular, and since lake conditions can change, guests are encouraged to check before swimming. If swimming is not recommended at any time, we invite you to enjoy our other water sports options, including kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. A limited number of life jackets are available—guests are encouraged to bring properly fitted ones.

Please note, the cottage is on a septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed.
