Family Vacation

We loved our stay. Being right on the lake was so great. My boys and Dad did lots of fishing!! We will definitely stay here again.

A Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Norma's home this past summer. Located right on the lake was so ideal for my kiddos who love to fish and be by the water. We were so close to town but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Had it not been one of the hottest weeks for a Colorado summer, it would have been perfect. We needed a cooler house for nighttime, but overall, we felt right at home and loved staying here with our family. We hope to visit again soon, during a cooler time of year.

We had a lovely stay

Very nice home. Gorgeous house with a nice view of the lake and mountains. Nice neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with pans cups etc., nice island and table to sit around for dinner and games. Beds were overall comfortable and we never had an issue with running out of hot water! :)

Great location

We have stayed in this home several times. The location is perfect for us as it is roomy, comfortable and near local amenities. Also, my husband loves to fish the lake and uses the available kayaks. We have noticed that some things have not been maintained quite as well as you would expect. The property is pretty new but there have been and still are electrical problems (switches not working, lights flickering, etc.). The house was basically clean but very dusty. We sneezed constantly for the first 2 days. My husband told me to not look under the sofa as it was covered with dust bunnies and debris. That said, Norma was great. She responded immediately to any problem and even refunded some money because the internet went out and she was not able to get a technician out before the end of our stay. This is in contrast to the previous company that managed this property that was very difficult to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and hope someone can find time to do a thorough cleaning and some repairs/maintenance.
