Beautiful lakefront 2800 sq ft log home on a 1/2 ac. Large back deck overlooks Pinon Lake and the San Juan Mountain range. Large front deck overlooks 9th hole of Pagosa Springs Golf Club and Pagosa Peak. Breath taking mountains or lake views out of every window. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 living areas each with their own fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware for up to 10 guests. Plenty of room for dining with full size dining table and breakfast bar.
Our home has good "MOJO" for your family or friends looking for a mountain vacation experience. Whether you're snow skiing, hiking, shopping, floating/rafting on the river or swimming at the nearby rec center/gym, you're sure to have a memorable stay!

ACCOMODATIONS:
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: King and Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: King Bed and 2 twins.
Living room features 30 ft. tall ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Two sliding doors open to deck facing lake with mountain views.
Curl up on one of the comfortable sofas and watch favorite movie by the stone fireplace. The upstairs loft is open to the living room below and has a private balcony with a great view of Pagosa Peak. House has central heating, washer and dryer, wireless internet access, 5 flat screen TVs, library of DVDs, 2 fireplaces, spacious yard, patio furniture, charcoal grill, incredible mountain and lake views, garage, and much more!

LOCATION:
Explore the area as you go for a leisure stroll or bike ride. Backing up to the San Juan National Forest, pack snacks for a wildflower picnic! The area offers world class fly fishing. Schedule a tee time at Pagosa Springs Golf Course (Three 9-hole courses) and spend the day outdoors. Be sure to visit the Hot Springs, which offers the 23 mineral pools for healing, relaxation, and rejuvenation terraced on the banks of the San Juan River. In walking distance are City Market, Wal-Mart, Restaurants, Resale Shops, and the Recreational Fitness Center. They offer fitness classes, weight room, and Pickleball, Basketball & Racquetball courts. Soak up the sun as you lounge by the pool or dig your toes into the sand for a game of volleyball! If you're visiting Pagosa Springs in the wintertime, rent a pair of skis or try out snowboarding at Wolf Creek Ski Area just 25 minutes away!

Peaceful in Pagosa

Had an amazing week in this very well-appointed and very centrally located home in Pagosa Springs. Right on a lake and golf course as described. Great communication with owners. We'll be back!

great location, great set up! The house had everything we needed - from extra blankets to the most obscure type of kitchen tool. Loved being able to utilize the garage to pull in and unload our luggage and groceries. We had the most amazing views of the hot air balloons taking off every day. The host was attentive, reachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!Would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Retreat

Great mountain home retreat with about a 40 minute drive to Wolf Creek. We had 3 adults and 3 teen boys (18) and it was the perfect place to come back to after a hard day of skiing. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Beds were comfortable. We all loved the geese that would come right up to the back porch to visit! We would definitely stay here again!

Mountain home on golf course

Ideal home for a family. Although it was a home situated on the golf course, we used this roomy house as a comfortable place to stay while we experienced great skiing, snowmobiling and a trip to Durango. This home has all to offer for use anytime of the year. the only thing I would be concerned about in the summer is that there is no central a/c but opening the windows to cool it down should suffice.

We enjoyed our stay and celebrated the New Year while we were there. The house is beautiful and well stocked with any amenity you could ever need. The house was close to skiing, snowmobiling and town.

Pagosa Thanksgiving

We loved the place. Everything was just fine. Slightly surprised there were no furnace registers in upstairs bedrooms. However, space heaters and architecture of the house made it comfortable. Several of the TV and Roku remotes had dead or no batteries. We bought batteries and fixed that. Not a problem. Especially impressed with the pots/pans and all the kitchen needs. Very nice. We will recommend this place to friends and use it again ourselves.

Great Pagosa Stay

Four adults in our group that stayed in the home for a week, and had more than enough room. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Host was awesome and responded quickly to questions. We spend time in the area every year, and have for years. This home will be our preferred booking moving forward. Best of the best!

What a beautiful place to be! Far enough from the downtown chaos but close enough in if you want to soak in the springs! This beautifully decorated cabin is warm and welcoming and everything that you need. Right on the golf course with comfy everything! comfy furniture.

Very Large , Nice & Comfortable

We do an annual trip to this area every year as a group of guys that used to work together. We had plenty of room In this large wonderful house located in a convenient area on the golf course with a lake view. The house was very comfortable & had all the amenities that was required. Would definitely stay here again !!!

Great Place!

This house was fantastic! Close to town, places to eat and of course skiing! The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The views were amazing! We had a great time.

Large lovely home perfect for ski family

Our family - parents and adult kids and their friends stayed at the house for our annual ski vacation. There is plenty of room to spread out with beds for everyone. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook together each morning and night. We could easily sit together in the family room playing games or watching movies. Very handy to come in and out of the garage using the remote after our ski days - especially during the winter storm. Sad to leave, but will definitely be back.

Cold and Will find a way any excuse to keep your deposit!

The property is ok. Large space but very Cold, the rooms upstairs are freezing because of the cold air that comes in from all the strange doors in the walls. It has a fireplace but be sure to bring your overalls to clean it out if you choose to use it. Paying the cleaning fee is not enough, you Have to clean for spaces used. We had a masseuse come over and she had a service dog. We did not know she had a service dog so did not ask ahead permission from owner. The dog Never left her side and laid on a mat the masseuse brought. Not only did the Owner charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning fee but also kept the hundreds of dollars of the security deposit though there was no damage but according the the owner "The house smelled like dog". I would not recommend this house.

Great location for a great home

We loved the home and especially loved its location. The home is just outside of town on a secluded culdesac with an amazing view. It is conveniently located near a Walmart (with groceries and pharmacy) and a nice ski rental place (that allows you to pick up your rentals after 1p the day before you go skiing). It’s a very short and easy drive to town and easy to get up to the mountain once you’re through town.

Very comfortable home. It really felt like your home.

Came down for labor day weekend. The town of Pagosa was quite busy, but it felt nice to come to the rental and relax. The house was decorated just like someone would do their own home, which made it very comfortable. Would recommend this rental too anyone and will come and stay again in the future.

Perfect cabin in perfect location!!!

I rented this cabin for a relaxing girl’s weekend with family and friends. It is close to anything you need but still in a private area. There were 9 of us and we all had more than enough room! It’s an easy drive downtown to walk around shops or enjoy the hot springs. We watched a hot air balloon land right outside the back door the first morning. We all loved it so much that we went for a ride the next day. I loved drinking coffee on the back porch swing with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Such a great experience! The owners are extremely helpful and easy to work with! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home! We can’t wait to come back!

When we first got married, we would always talk about owning a home by the beach and in the mountains. God blessed us with both 37 years later. Our home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of privacy. Pinon lake, the 9th hole on Pinon golf course and the East Mountain range is the view from the back porch and Pagosa Peak from the front porch. If golf is your game, this is the perfect place for you since you can walk to the club house. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy a drink on the porch warming up with the firepit.
