From the moment you drive up, the beautiful farm house nested in vineyards greets you with a warm welcome. Inviting, homey, with all of the modern needs exceeded. The yard was incredibly beautiful, the casita exceptional, the kitchen and farmhouse patio dining made our trip.

Beautiful East Sonoma Property

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was as great as our first. There is a house in the front, and a separate cottage in back, which is a perfect set up for enjoying some privacy when traveling with friends/family. It's also ideal if you are traveling with a dog because it offers a fenced yard, which offers outdoor dining and views of the neighboring vineyard.

Beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil

The property was just what we needed, it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and had beautiful views outside. Inside was very clean, and they had thought of every little thing such as chargers throughout the house, plenty of things in the kitchen, etc.. we look forward to staying here when we come back next time.

We had such a fantastic stay at this Sonoma home! The house was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The backyard was absolutely wonderful: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and so welcoming that we spent much of our time relaxing out there.The location couldn’t have been better — tucked in a quiet spot but just a few miles from downtown Sonoma, making it easy to explore wineries, restaurants, and shops. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer questions and ensure we had the best experience.This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to book again on our next trip to Sonoma!

Relaxing amongst the vines

Wonderful restored farmhouse, along with charming casita. 180 degree views of a beautiful vineyard abutting the property. Delightful outdoor area with plenty of seating, a grill, and bocci court. Serene neighborhood; very walkable; the best of both worlds: rural, quiet feel, with easy access to downtown Sonoma. The owner has not forgotten a thing in equipping the kitchen, etc.

Excellent house with Private Courtyard.

We stayed with 2 other couples for a 40th birthday party, this house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the courtyard playing Bocce ball and enjoying the views. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Sonoma or Napa.

Clean, good location & stunning backyard!

We went for a girls trip and loved the cottage, casita and stunning backyard! The house is in a great location. We rented bikes and were easily able to ride to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful setting and just like the photos show!

Had a wonderful two months in this cottage "home away from home". The kitchen is well stocked and made preparing meals very easy! I loved the morning sunrises over the vineyard. The owner was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I highly recommend this cottage and hope to return for another visit someday in the future!

If you are wanting a fantastic experience in the heart of wine country, you can’t go wrong with this property. It is in a great location just off a beautiful vineyard. Access to both Napa and Sonoma, as well as all the other prime winery locations, are easily within a 30 min or so drive. The home is well suited to two couples as the casita is a great way to create a bit of space for each. The home is well-equipped and the owners were fantastic and helpful. Just a couple minor notes that don’t effect our appreciation of the property:The floor squeaks which is to be expected of a 100 year old property. But if you are a light sleeper, and your partner isn’t, you’ll definitely hear them walking around. The road out front is generally quiet but we did notice a bit of commercial traffic in the mornings—nothing that would dissuade us from staying again.

Great Weekend Stay

we had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our group who were all attending a family wedding together. Watching the hot air balloons rise in the morning from the kitchen window while I make Coffee was absolutely wonderful. this house has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It would be great for a family Thanksgiving. we are planning a return trip, hopefully very soon.

FANTASTIC!! BOOK HERE....

Wow. This place is gorgeous. The backyard is heaven. Only 2 miles from downtown Sonoma with lots of shops and restaurants. The beds here are wonderful. We have stayed in lots rentals all over the world and this one certainly is at the top of our list. Beautiful.
