• Brand-new construction, modern Net-Zero home (1100 square feet)
• 7 blocks from the beach and Main Street shopping area (10–15 minutes' walk)
• High-end, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances
• 2 bathrooms with luxury fixtures and floor-to-ceiling tiles
• High-speed internet and smart TV
• full-size washer and dryer
• Space for up to 5 adults (children above 12 are welcome)
• 2 bedrooms + office (2 queens, 1 twin, 1 twin size mattress or sofa), great-quality beds
• The building is gated with a small front and back yard
* Parking is on the street with a permit provided by my host.

Santa Monica law requires hosts to be present during the guests' stay.
I live on-site on the 2rd plus 3rd floor upstairs and will be available throughout your stay, but we have our own entrance and space separated from you. I am available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest and make sure you're settled in and have everything you need. Please, no pets, smoking , or parties are allowed. Guests will be required to provide an ID or passport on arrival. motion-sensing video cameras on the exterior of the property.

Wonderful home for a vacation!

Wonderful home, clean and modern in a convenient location close to Santa Monica beaches, restaurants and stores. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with family!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The house was very clean and in a great location. Super close to shopping, restaurants and easy to get to many local sights. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location for families.

Great Place

Very easy to access. Close to beach, restaurants and pier. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very nice and clean and Owner was so accomodating to our needs! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home near all convenient places in Venice

Great property for a small family. All the comforts of home. Walking distance to grocery store, bakery and various businesses. Great location for all of our Santa Monica and LA adventures. Property owner was attentive and easily available via text.

Everything about this house was wonderful. No surprises or disappointments. Everything is practically brand new. We settled in easily and having such a nice place to stay really helped us enjoy our week.

Absolutely beautiful property. Immaculate, well maintained and appointed. Extremely comfortable. Nice residential area - within a mile of the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Owner is attentive and was eager to make our stay perfect in every way. We will go back!

Easy, beautiful, and just what we liked coming home to after a long work day

Pei was an incredible host from the space provided to her level of communication. My coworkers and I were down on business for the week and this was a fantastically located spot in Santa Monica to run round and have a central home base. Modern, clean, aesthetically pleasing yet still so comfortable. So much natural light too. Will absolutely stay here again should the need arise!

Santa Monica Gem

Our stay was truly amazing! Our host could not have been more helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and available. We needed some beach chairs and she brought them down quickly along with an umbrella which was so appreciated. We will definitely come back and stay again because the house (felt like a home) was in a great location and super chic! It was really well appointed with everything we needed; wine glasses, serving dishes, coffee pot, tea/hot water kettle, basic spices/olive oil etc. There was even a towel warmer for the bath towels.

Light and open living space

The space is clean, new, bright and pleasant. The kitchen is modern and equipped with high end appliances. The third "bedroom" is spacious compared to the other two, but has no door, no closet, no place to hang clothing, is poorly furnished and is somewhat of an afterthought.

Wonderful Home and Host

Our family of five (two adults, one teen, and two tweens) had a wonderful stay in this lovely new home. The apartment we rented takes the first floor of the home and was beautifully decorated, well laid-out, perfectly cleaned, and well-appointed for all our needs. The owner and host (Pei) was available, communicative, and very helpful. She really wants her guests to have a great stay and works hard towards that end! Not only was the apartment very comfortable for us, the neighborhood felt safe and we were within pretty quick driving distance of all the destinations we wanted to visit. We walked and scootered to the beach often and the big sites (like Universal Studios) were all within a half hour drive or so. We highly recommend this rental and host without reservation!
