For great dining, shopping, and fun, hop on your 6 passenger, fully street legal golf cart (LSV) for a short ride to Barefoot Landing.

Additional Rules: All guests must be registered with the host. Maximum 12 guests allowed -Booking guests must be 25 or older and be in attendance the entire duration of the reservation. -NO SMOKING in or near the home. If evidence of smoke (smell, cigarette butts, burn marks, etc.) is found on the property you will be required to pay an additional $300 cleaning fee. - Quiet time is 11 pm-7 am (Per local requirement). Please be considerate of neighbors - They will call law enforcement for excessive noise. -There are only 4 driveway parking spots permitted for our property. There is an additional garage spot that can be used. There is no additional street or grass parking. -Accidents happen. Please report the damages immediately. Damages exceeding the amount covered by VRBO will be the financial responsibility of the guest. -Certain closets throughout the home are for host use only and are not to be opened by guests. -Absolutely no events or parties. You will be asked to leave immediately without a refund if a rule is broken. -No pets allowed, no exceptions. -There are security cameras located on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours.
