KEEP IT SIMPLE at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only minutes away from Bellport and Patchogue villages, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a ride to Smith Point Beach, Westhampton Beach or take the ferry to Fire Island. Approximately ten minutes from Baseball Heaven, twenty minutes to Tanger Outlets.

Our place includes cozy two bedroom guest suite, bathroom, kitchenette and combo dining/living room with TV.

Very loud

At 4 am every morning the people were so loud stomping around the house which was disrespectful and we barely got sleep. They control 1the room temperatures we froze 2 nights and the other nights it was overly hot. They did not clean very well i cleaned the bathroom and swept 2 days after we got there it was gross.

Work Trip

Stayed here for a work trip. The house is located in a great neighborhood. The host was nice and friend. There is no sink in the kitchen. The reason I a 4 star for cleanliness because there was garbage in the garbage can already when we arrived. There was only one wash cloth that we could find. The tv isn’t a smart tv but they do have cable if you wanted to watch tv. The walls are thin so you can hear the host through the walls. Overall it’s a great place for the price.

Hosts were fantastic and very accomodating. House was clean and quiet. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Much better than any hotel, or motel. Thanks had

Holiday getaway

It was a perfect location. Me, spouse, and my daughter were visiting my grandkids for the holidays. We didn't stay at the apartment much but it a quirky surprise when there was no sink or stove for the kitchen. We ate at family's house so it worked out.
