The living room also boasts a handsome stone hearth with a gas fireplace and a big wall-mounted TV with a DVD player. Guests will find two sofa beds in the living room with new thicker mattresses. New doors and carpet complete the fresh new look. The updated kitchen features a long breakfast bar with sturdy leather seating. Meals will be memorable around a new stone slab dining set with leather chairs all under an antler chandelier.
The elegant primary suite features new bedding, a wall-mounted TV, and an updated bathroom - don't miss the unique skier tiles or the mountain views from the balcony. The guest bedroom also features new bedding with sturdy rustic pine furnishings and lots of storage. The guest bathroom features a sunken tub for long soaks after a long day on the mountain. The loft has a unique bedding configuration that works for adults or kids.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
