Guests will also have an easy, central location just across the street from the office and a free town shuttle stop, and steps away from the hot tub. This fantastic home away from home has recently been refurnished with comfortable leather seating and a huge TV with cable and a DVD player. The top-floor location ensures peace and quiet and black-out curtains keep out both light and noise. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), or spend the evening playing a classic board game from the nice selection provided. The updated kitchen is made for cooking in and between the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining area, there's plenty of room for everyone. The primary suite has a big bed, a TV, and its own full bathroom. With a large bed in the guest bedroom and two beds and a bunk bed in the loft, this retreat is a wonderful option for a pair of families.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
