We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

The extra space provides privacy and allows everyone to have their own designated areas to relax. The bedrooms may have different sizes and layouts, providing flexibility to accommodate a range of sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms are also convenient, especially when multiple people need to get ready at the same time. The dining area is typically a central hub for gathering and enjoying meals together, creating a social atmosphere that is perfect for bonding and creating memories.

We offer a sense of homey comfort that is not always available in hotels or other types of accommodations. It provides ample space for everyone to spread out and relax, while still being able to come together for meals and other activities.

*The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.

*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules
