Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide ample room for up to eleven guests. Five comfortable beds are dressed with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets, while two full baths let everyone refresh without crowding. A washer and dryer sit inside the home for longer stays, keeping everything convenient and ready for the next adventure.



Indoor living

The open living area centers around a smart TV and a layout that naturally draws the group together. Central air conditioning and heating maintain a perfect climate, and reliable wifi plus an ethernet connection keep you connected for work or streaming. Playful touches like the themed room and life‑size games add a lighthearted vibe, while the private entrance makes arrivals and departures effortless.



Kitchen & dining

A large, fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A Keurig coffee maker fuels quick mornings, and a generous dining table invites shared meals before heading out to explore Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the fenced backyard where the heated pool glistens under the desert sun, complete with pool toys for extra fun. Life‑size dinosaurs, ping pong, life‑size Connect 4, and cornhole turn the patio into a playground for all ages. A fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining set create a perfect setting for evening gatherings, while sun loungers and additional outdoor furniture offer relaxed spots to soak in cooler desert evenings.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
