Spend your days walking the quiet neighborhood roads, down at the catch-and-release pond, or at the lake access spot. Tour the lake by boat and see all that the area has to offer before stopping at one of the many lakefront restaurants. On rainy or winter days head to the lower level for a movie night or a game of bumper pool, foosball, or darts or head over to the area above the garage for a round of ping-pong. ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is located along Piney Point Dr. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $25/day. Please note that this association only rents slips to those who privately own their boats. Rental boats are not allowed. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
