This property is managed locally by Katannya Hartwell. The host will not be on-site, but is available from 8am-5pm for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergencies. If the cleaning does not meet your standards on your day of arrival, contact us prior to 5:30pm. My team and I manage several homes in the area. Katannya Hartwell is a former teacher, former martial arts school owner and mother of 4. Katannya enjoys the outdoors in and around Flagstaff including hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing. She loves the line dancing at the Museum Club and star gazing out at Lake Mary.

We love this family neighborhood just south of downtown Flagstaff. There are some nice hiking trails nearby and it's easy to see the night sky with very few street lights.

This home is a single level home with lots of room to spread out. There are some fun amenities, like heated floors and towel warmers, a 3-season room off one of the bedrooms, newly installed A/C to take the edge off the hottest summer days, and a full, upgraded kitchen.
