この美しい歴史的な家には、バスルームが1つの2つのベッドルーム、大きな覆われたフロントポーチ、裏庭のフェンスがあります。正面玄関に入るとガス暖炉と大きな窓付きの素敵な大きなリビングルーム、右に2つのツインベッド付きのベッドルーム、ダイニングテーブルを備えたフォーマルなダイニングルームがあり、家の後部左側にはクイーンベッドと棚に建てられた大きなクローゼットを備えた別のベッドルーム。家の後ろにはキッチンがあり、料理やベーキングに必要なものを備えています。キッチンのすぐ後ろには、裏庭に出てくる洗濯物/サンルームがあります。洗濯室には洗濯機と乾燥機の両方があり、十分な保管スペースがあります。裏庭にはすてきなパトンがあり、残りは草です。背中にも古い倉庫がありますが、レンタルには含まれていません。前庭は、暑い夏の日差しから日陰を保つ2つの素晴らしいカエデの木の下の緑豊かな緑の芝生で美しい造園をしています。

Great Location

This house is walkable to all the shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the farmers market - a perfect location! The porch is wonderful for sitiing. Only downside, is there is no air conditioning and the house was rather warm, but otherwise, a great stay!

Phoenix Heat Escape

Heaven for grateful desert dwellers and dog. Attractive, cool, and comfy . We loved backyard for dining, playing cards, and stargazing.Front porch for relaxing. Wonderful Location for hiking and walking xowntown.

Beautiful historic house in the perfect neighborhood

Cute house in close proximity to downtown Flagstaff

This house was perfect for our getaway to the cool pines of Flagstaff. Great proximity - 5 minute walk - to downtown. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Fantastic place just north of downtown Flagstaff

I was in town for vacation for a long week and stayed at this very nice place. It is within easy walking distance of downtown and was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Close to downtown, Buffalo Park, Lowell Observatory and the Arizona Snowball. Home is comfortable and has so much character. Highly recommend this property if you want to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding sites.

Great location and property!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Short drive to anywhere in Flagstaff or, a short walk to almost everywhere. Property is always clean, comfortable, safe, upgraded bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need.

Another nice stay

We have stayed at this location on at least 5 different times. The neighborhood is fantastic and located within easy walking distance to downtown. The only negative is that this place no longer offers cable TV so if you want to watch ESPN you will need to log in to your own YouTube TV account; just don’t forget to log out.

Quick Trip

My husband and I arrived in Flagstaff on a snowy April day to visit our son who works in town. We could not have asked for a better location and the house was perfect for our small group. We enjoyed walking downtown and not having to worry about parking while dining in the evening. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and play ball. We will be back next time we visit Flagstaff. The only recommendation I could give is to have a larger skillet to make dinner for the family and a few mixing bowls. Everything else was PERFECT!

Lovely property

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. The house was quite roomy, very clean and very comfortable. The back yard was great for our dogs. Thank you for making a wonderful trip even better.

Great location comfortable lodging

Excellent location for walking downtown to restaurants and going north for hikes with dog. Home was good for our dog, fenced backyard. We enjoyed relaxing with family in the quaint, lovely home.

This is my second vacation rental that I've set up. The other property has worked out so well that I am doing it again... I really enjoy taking care of these older historic homes and having people enjoy them. I grew up in Flagstaff and am now raising my family here and enjoy spending time working on these houses. I grew up within a mile of this location and went to school at Flagstaff High school located just a few blocks away. After high school I went on to the university of Denver to get a degree in mechanical engineering. I moved back to town and worked for Gore for a number of years before striking off on my own and doing vacation rentals.
