Welcome to our cozy and modern home located just a short walk from Zhills Downtown’s best bars and restaurants, and conveniently close to Tampa’s downtown, parks and beaches. You’ll be minutes away from Wesley Chapel, malls and Lagoon!

Our private backyard is perfect for families and pets to enjoy, while inside the house you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dedicated workspace and free parking.

The property is a duplex. You will have full and private access to one unit with a fenced backyard.

Great Hideaway

Beautiful place with everything you need for a small family or short stay. Place is exactly as advertised. Neighborhood hood looks a little sketchy at first, but there were never any issues. Adequate amount of space, dishes, towels, etc. Host was great allowing a fluctuating time for check in and check out based on our trip. Recommeded! Will stay again if traveling to the same area!

Would stay again

Accuracy 100%, easy communication, clean. We used to live in Zephyrhills so we are familiar with the area. This particular duplex has been renovated and is in good shape. Not everything is aestheticically perfect such addict tape on the bathroom door, but functionality wise everything was fine and worked well. No issues at all. Would stay here again next time we are in town.

Spring training

House was as dscribed. Had plenty of towels. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Good location for watching baseball.

From the moment I was in the process of booking my stay the owner responded so quickly and professionally. I would 100% use them again and another 100% tell my family/friends to book there. The place was clean, absolutely no issues and very family friendly!

Comfortable and clean

This house was just right for our week long stay in Zephryhills. It was comfortable and clean and well stocked. I cooked meals, washed laundry, and made day trips to Orlando, Busch Gardens, the outlet mall, and the ocean! The beds were comfortable and bathroom very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our trip. We were within 30 minutes of everywhere we visited which was especially convenient! Great unit!
