Chico is a bright, stylish city center building, perfect base to explore, located in a secure block between beautiful Parque Mexico and iconic Amsterdam avenue in the charming neighborhood of Condesa carefully design and decorated by notable Mexican architects with wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, the atmosphere in the neighborhood is lovely, you will find local and specialty stores, the architectural style of the old city, terraces in summer, cultural centers.



Our suites are a relaxing rest option full of comfort, featuring 24 suites ChiCo is a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy the city at its best!

    Week in Conseco

    Quaint studio apartment across the street from a beautiful walking park. Located on a one-way street, making it easy for Ubers to dropoff/pickup. Lots of great food, from fine restaurants, coffee shops, to street vendors within easy walking distance. Convenience markets close by. Feels very safe. Room was clean and modern, with space for 2. Locking door to outside private patio was a wonderful feature. Small fridge very noisy. It would have been helpful to have a microwave and 2 sets of utensils for heating leftovers on longer stays. Cement building construction leads to loud neighbors on occasion, but quiet hours mostly enforced. Earplugs were helpful! Truly enjoyed pur stay!

    This studio was clean and located in a nice, safe location that is convenient to shops and restaurants. However, this room is located on the first floor, right near the entrance to the building, which contains a big metal door that loudly slams shut at nearly all hours of the day. Unless you are the world’s deepest sleeper, the noise WILL wake you up. The studio’s door is also not tightly sealed, which doesn’t help with the noise. I slept a few hours each night because of this noise. If you value a good night’s sleep, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay. To the owner’s of this unit and building, you really need to change the door so that it’s quiet for the people spending a lot of money to rent your rooms. This could be a phenomenal location if you fix this simple issue.
