Bring your suitcase and settle in. This furnished 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home gives you the space and everyday essentials to feel comfortable during a longer stay.



Make breakfast in your own kitchen, get things done with fast Wi-Fi, and unwind with a show on the smart TV. In-unit laundry makes it easier to keep your routine going. We’ve provided linens, towels, an iron and ironing board, plus starter supplies for the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Off-street parking and keyless entry make coming and going simple.



The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood near I-75. Gordon Healthcare is about 5 minutes away, and downtown’s restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes away by car.



GUEST REQUIREMENTS

We ask guests to care for the home and be considerate of the neighbors. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Kids and families are welcome. A signed rental agreement, ID, and a fully refundable $500 security deposit are required.

We had a wonderful month long stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and the outdoor space was beautiful especially the deer! Our host was very friendly and attentive.

This was a nice property. It was obviously well taken care of. It was clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were spacious with regular sized closets and the bed was comfortable. Granted, it was a duplex in a neighborhood but there were zero issues and everyone we encountered was friendly. We never felt not safe. The WiFi handled all of our devices and the tv with no slowdown at all. Only thing I would fix would be the ability to open the back door fully. It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog and the large backyard was a plus.
