Loft Maya #8 for 2 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. 9 lofts located in a beautiful property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater, and public transportation.
It is located on the second floor and has 1 queen bed, a big balcony with spectacular view, A/C, fan, wi-fi, safe, smart TV with cable service, private bathroom with hot water. Fully equipped kitchennette with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils and tableware.
Additionally the property has for guests:
- Parking space
- Pool with deck and large garden
- A common laundry room: 1 washer and 1 dryer. $5 per load cost, it does not include detergent.
Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.
Our availability is permanent, for any assistance that guests require. Also, on the property we have an office, in which there is always a person available during business hours for any questions or assistance.
