Luxury Modern Mountain Retreat - Close to Skiing, Mtn. Biking, Golf; Hot Tub

Valley View, our new luxury mountain retreat located at Granby Ranch, features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms + loft and a walkout basement family room. Enjoy the epic mountain views from over 1000 sq. feet of covered patio featuring a gas grill, multiple dining areas, lounge area or from the new hot tub.

Our home will comfortably accommodate groups up to 12 for relaxation, skiing, hiking, biking, boating, golfing, fishing or remote work. Valley View is a true four-season getaway! Additionally, Valley View guests have access to Granby Ranch amenities including the fitness center and pool for a daily fee.

Valley View is a new home in a developing neighborhood with homes continuing to be built on the mountainside.

The space

Valley View sleeps 12 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #1 on the main floor is a king suite with an ensuite bright and airy bathroom with a glass shower, double sinks and soaking tub. The bedroom has a walkout sliding door to access the huge covered patio and a walk-in closet with safe.

Bedroom #2 is a king suite that can be found on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom. This room is bright and airy and very private.

Bedroom #3 is a comfortable queen room located on the lower walkout level.

Bedroom #4 is a bunk room with two sets of bunks located on the lower walkout level. You can also find kid related items in this room including a pack-n-play, high chair and infant tub. Kid's toys/games and plastic plates, cups and utensils are also available.

All bedrooms have blackout shades, Dohm sound machines and fans for comfortable sleeping.

The second floor loft includes a dedicated work station with a sit/stand desk. This room also serves as a game room with an abundance of games and puzzles to choose from. Lastly, the loft features a beautiful twin sized daybed with a twin sized trundle bed.

The lower level, walkout family room has a large television, and deep, comfortable sectional to watch the big game or movie night. This room also has a wet bar with fridge and a hightop table to gather at. You can access the hot tub and lower level covered patio from here.

Outdoor spaces abound at Valley View, including 1000 square feet of covered patios. You will find comfortable modern Adirondack chairs on the front porch where you can enjoy the morning sun and views of the continental divide. The back of the house features a huge covered porch with a gas grill, cooler, multiple dining tables, lounge seating and incredible views of Ski Granby Ranch and the valley.

Valley View also has an oversized two car garage with a long driveway that can park 4 additional cars. The garage has plentiful bike and ski storage. There is also a 240v/50amp EV charger for you to charge your EV on us!

Note that Valley View, like most Colorado homes at 8,500 feet above sea level, does not have air conditioning. Humidity is low here and it routinely drops into the 40s at night, so opening windows is enough to cool the home. STR License: 007760

Excellent Property!

My family was headed to Granby, Co for a wedding and decided to enjoy a long weekend in the mountains. This property was the perfect place for all of us to relax and have fun! Everything you need is provided, including a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, baby gear, and lots of fun games to play. We highly recommend this home for your next family getaway!

Great stay

Had a great stay at this house! I had to work remotely while staying here with my family but thankfully the wifi was fast and reliable. Our hosts provided lots of info about local attractions, hiking trails, and dining options. The kitchen was also fully equipped allowing us to cook meals and enjoy them on the deck. We are already planning our return trip. Thanks!

Perfect Granby Ranch location!

Newer property with 4 bedrooms, office workspace in the loft, a few min from the ski hill and a great hot tub! Pet friendly home and a very responsive owner made our stay easy! 2 car garage fit a full size truck and a Tahoe, which was nice during the snow storm. There is a shoveling service and a spa service that took the work out of the stay!

Wonderful Mountain Property Close to Skiing

I loved this property! It was set up perfectly for a large family and so close to the ski lodge. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I was able to cook breakfast and dinner for us each day without any problems at all. Lots of little extras like throws in each living room so we could cuddle up and visit. The owner was very helpful and informative. This was one of our favorite ski trips and properties and we go somewhere different each year.

Our stay in Granby was amazing. We had a large group and 2 Dogs. The property was clean and perfect for our stay. We planned a few small trips but Mainly we enjoyed hours in the home, on the back porch talking and relaxing in the breeze as well as in the hot tub. The property owner and manager were great to work with and made the check in and out process very seemless. They were both very responsive and helpful. If your looking for a beautiful home in the Granby area I would strongly suggest this property.

Family Getaway

My family and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to do so! Great location to go leaf peeping, went into Grand Lake one day and went to Winter park one day. House was beautiful and perfect for watching movies, playing games and cooking meals. Comfy beds, each couple had their own bathroom which was nice and the dogs loved going on little walks around the neighborhood. The host was awesome and quick to communicate when I had questions. Checked in upon arrival day and after the trip. Will definitely keep this house as a favorite and will stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

This property is so amazing. The location is perfect, right up the road from Granby base camp. The views are stunning. You can see the runs from the house. Meagan is a wonderful host and was so helpful to us with any questions and going above and beyond to decorate the home for our family for Christmas. We had all ages with us from grandparents to teens and little kids and they all had a blast! The house had everything we could have possibly needed and more. 10/10 I highly recommend this house and we hope to return again for another visit.

Amazing Stay - Incredible Family Friendly House

We had a wonderful stay at Valley View. The home is bright, clean, cozy, and very well decorated. Of course we loved the hot tub and the amazing views of Granby Ranch. Beyond that, we were very impressed with all of the little details that the owners provide in their home - from the fans, sound machines, and multi-device charging stations in every room to the infant, toddler and child-friendly features including baby monitors, baby gates, infant tub, high-chair, and the games and toys in the upstairs loft and in the basement living area. Not to mention the super fast wifi - we had multiple people on devices and conference calls. They've truly thought of everything. Thanks Valley View for a great stay!

Wonderful family wedding weekend!

Thank you Bryan and your team for a wonderful stay - your home was a perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s wedding week. Everything was just as pictured in your listing, and was even better than described. Your home is beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, from great kitchen appliances, cooking and serving ware, as well as spices, oils, coffee, tea, sugar, etc., not to mention quality bathroom amenities and towels. Your home is so well laid out for a family or group. We really loved spending time at your home with our family and wedding party friends. The EV charger was a welcome addition as we finally got our Rivian SUV! It was great to leave your home with a full-charge for our drive back to Utah.

Great Getaway!

This gorgeous home is perfectly nestled in a mountain hamlet. We enjoyed the amenities of the house along with short trips to Grand Lake and Winter Park for some “shoulder season” activities. Our trip was made easier by the fact there is a portable baby crib and many children’s toys at the home. Everything about this house is wonderfully done. Something worth noting, I left my wallet at the home upon check-out. Despite having a wonderful time at the house, I was given a first hand look at how well the hosts treat their guests. The property owner reached out to me and permitted me quick access to the house the day after check out to collect my lost wallet. Very kind and we will definitely come back to enjoy the mountain serenity.

Beautiful new vacation home

This was a great rental for our summer trip up to Granby. It fit our extended family of 11, ages 70 - 4 years. The property was clean and new. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property!

This is a very well appointed house with great views. The kitchen had everything you need. The linens were soft. There were separate towels for the hot tub. There was wide variety of toys for kids. We had a spectacular foggy morning where we watched deer walking through a field. Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-9) really enjoyed this house in Granby Ranch.

Wonderful Property

Our extended family of 11 people (ages ranging from 70 to 8) had an amazing time staying at Valley View in Granby Ranch. The property was clean and new. Our kids had fun playing the games there (the swing toss on the deck provided hours of entertainment!) and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. It was a peaceful place to stay with lots of activities within 30 minutes of the house. The owner was very responsive and even shared some things happening in the area during our stay. 10/10 would recommend - we hope to be back someday!

Clean and organized with everything we needed!

This was a great rental for our family spring break ski trip!!! The home was clean, well organized and it had everything that we needed for the week. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and used the hot tub daily. The family room couch was comfortable and large enough for family movie night. We will definitely rent this wonderful home again.
