The Neighborhood:
Beautiful quite neighborhood surrounded by water. All the neighbors are very friendly, many kids live on the block.
This area is about 1 mile away from shopping centers and restaurants. Right outside the boating channel there's a beautiful sandbar where you can anchor and enjoy the water.
About a 20 min drive by boat to the tiki bar and 10 minutes away from Rodriquez key and many popular snorkeling spots.

1. Identity Verification: Before your stay, we kindly request that you complete a brief identity verification process.
2. Refundable Incidentals Holde: A fully refundable incidentals hold is also required. Rest assured, this will be returned to you in full just 2 days after checkout, provided there is no damage.
3. Guest Check-In Form: Additionally, all guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.
These steps help us maintain the luxurious standards of our exclusive properties and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community secure and enjoyable!
If you decide to cancel your reservation, we want to ensure transparency regarding the refund process. The refund amount will be the total reservation cost minus any credit card processing fees incurred during the initial transaction.
