Key Largo house with pool next to Pennekamp State Park
Recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pool located at the end of a dead end street adjoining the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
It has beautiful sunset views over the park on the west side of the house.
It is in a quiet neighborhood about 1 mile off the main road, U.S. 1, yet it is close to everything you will need. There are over 20 restaurant within 1 mile and 50 restaurants within 5 miles. Public is 2 miles from here. CVS & Walgreens are 1 mile from here.
Dockage is available.
A bike bed path starts t the end of our street and I can provide youth bikes for free.
You are welcome to use my Kayaks and Paddle Boards for free that I keep at my beach 2 blocks from here.

This neighborhood is just far enough away from the main road to be quiet, but close to any and everything you may need.
There are 20 restaurants, CVS & Walgreens within 1 mile, 50 restaurants within 5 miles. Publix is 2 miles away.
There are multiple State, Federal and Local parks in Key Largo.
Traffic is generally easy in Key Largo with a 4 lane divided highway, few traffic lights and a small population scattered over 32 miles.
