Separate bathroom with beautiful tile shower. Additional converted space includes small room with queen bed in 3rd bay of garage with fixed garage door. Also in this downstairs space is a beautiful kitchen with large island and seating for 8 people. Whether you are enjoying a morning cup of coffee or eating dinner, this indoor outdoor kitchen/sitting area offers beautiful views of the lake. There are two screened in garage doors that provide the “sunroom feel”.

The state boat launch is one mile away. The cottage is walking distance to silver lake country club for golf or dining. Groceries and charcoal corral nearby and less than 15 minutes to Letchworth state park (the Grand Canyon of the east). Lake access at shared dock. Paddle board, canoe, kayak and corn hole available on request. Boat rentals available less than a mile away at Silver Lake Marina. Owners boat (2013 regal 2100) may also be available for rental on request.
