It has 4 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The residence is equipped with a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a playground.
The apartment is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra...
The penthouse (3rd floor) is very spacious (150m2). The kitchen is fully equipped and open on the living and dining rooms, from which the balcony and its open view are accessible.
In addition to the three large bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower, the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is serviced by a lift, which facilitates access from the building entrance or the underground parking.
