The space
An expansive 3 level home that includes many living room areas, 1 main kitchen, 2 kitchenettes, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, & a 1,400 sq. ft. studio space that could be used for private farm to table dinners, meeting space, workshops, yoga, educational workshops, what do you have mind?

Over 2 acres of ponds, sandy beach area, grass lawns, & trees. The location provides an oasis for foxes, birds, deer, and elk. Animal sounds and viewing are abundant. In addition to the wildlife,

We are happy to accommodate large groups & functions, but it needs to be a thoughtful conversation prior to booking as we need respect water / septic limitations & need to be respectful to our neighbors. If you need even more space please see our other booking for a 2 bed 1 bath loft space in the 2nd home in the corner of the property.

We have farm goods, produce, flower bouquets & nutrient dense eggs available! Please inquire. We would like to connect folks back to the land where food & goods are produced & shared.

A scenic country drive (15-20 minutes to/from Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan or the Airport). National Forest and numerous trailheads within minutes. 8 minutes to small stream trout fishing along the East Gallatin River.

Owners run an offsite outfitting & adventure business so are happy to outfit & arrange adventures/experiences for guests.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

We’ve painted a nice picture for you and it is no less than absolute majestical here but please know this place is not a brand new Big Sky Luxury McMansion. It is whimsical, eccentric, quirky, dated, & rustic. We hope that can be embraced.

Somewhat a communal feel here with all the farm hands, family, friends, that frequent the property. If you need more privacy for a function please let us know, happy to accommodate if we can!

We have kiddos & farm animals to keep safe here so if traveling with an animal (even a service animal) that’s a must-have pre-booking discussion as we are not required to host if we have safety concerns. There is also a bit of a jungle leading to the one of the living rooms with 30+ year old plants that we would like to keep intact.

We are when extra time allows, working on building a farm/ nursury on the property so may be chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats running amok, farm equipment operating, gardens being tended. We live in another house in the corner of the property with our 7 year old daughter & a sweet mannered golden retriever. We may also have family or guests staying with us.
