FRONT ENTRY
Upon entering the home enjoy a beach-themed entry, large closet, and dedicated work space, which lets you stay productive while still feeling on vacation, you'll be able to relax as soon as you arrive. And don't forget about the beach-themed exterior of your home away from home - Toes in the Sand will make you feel like you're truly at the beach!
MAIN LIVING AREA/KITCHEN/DINING
The large sectional is both inviting and functional for your entire family. Don't miss a game, movie or favorite show on the 65" Roku TV. It does occasionally rain in our sunshine state, so for those rainy days you'll find board games and cards in the entertainment unit for hours of enjoyment.
The living area opens directly to the gourmet kitchen and spacious dining area with seating for 6 at the beautiful farm table. There's additional seating for 4 at the oversized granite island.
We've thought of everything to make you feel welcome and beachy. You'll find colorful drinking glasses, wine glasses and margarita glasses to enhance the beach theme and add to the fun.
In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for preparing those family meals right down to the Gotham Steel pans, bakeware and spices.
Adjacent to the kitchen you'll also find an oversized pantry for those extended stays.
Conveniently located just off the kitchen is the laundry room which is centrally located in the home for all guests.
Kids Hungry from the drive?? There are snacks on the counter upon arrival to keep them satisfied while you get yourself settled.
A Coffee Bar!!! A must have for me!!! On the bar you'll find a regular or Keurig style coffee maker and a Frappe' machine for those that love the iced or frozen coffee scene. We're happy to supply the starters you'll need of pods, tea, sugar and creamer..
MASTER BEDROOM
Open! Spacious! Inviting! The master bedroom boasts a King bed with a hand-made, Amish mattress for hours of restful sleep! The nightstands are equipped with charging stations for your devices so there's no need to have your phone elsewhere to charge for the evening. A large 8 drawer dresser provides plenty of room for your clothes for your stay with us. Watch TV in bed? No problem here on the 55" Roku TV.
The large triple windows overlook the beautiful resort style pool oasis and is a great and relaxing way to begin your mornings.
Directly off the master is the en suite bath with HUGE double vanity, 6' SOAKING TUB with tub caddy, tiled shower, private lavatory room and massive walk-in closet. Extra towels, your blankets and hangers can be found in here. You'll also find starter shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer for your convenience.
SECOND KING BEDROOM
Traveling with another couple? No need to flip that coin for the king room here! This room also has an Amish, hand made king mattress for that restful sleep. Want to set the mood for the night? Touch the small silver button on either side of the headboard for that romantic lighting. There are USB style chargers in both nightstands to make charging those devices convenient and easy. A 4 drawer chest gives plenty of space for clothes with a 42" TV on top so you don't miss those favorite shows.
The double door closet gives plenty of room for hanging clothes as well as where you'll find extra towels, your blankets and hangers.
BUNK ROOM
A perfect space for kids of all ages! 2-Twin/Queen bunk beds give plenty of space for everyone. The ladders are conveniently built into the ends of the beds for safety and easy access.

A Roku TV is also mounted in this room so everyone can have their own space in the evenings.
SECOND BATH
With an oversized vanity and tub/shower combination, the second bath has everything you'll need for your stay. There is starter shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience as well as a hair dryer.
GAME ROOM
Ok...I have to be honest...I had my husband and son in mind when I did this. There is plenty for everyone in the game room!! From Pool to Ping pong to air hockey...right into electric darts and the Wii system, everyone, of any age will have fun. A live edge bar with seating for 4 spans one wall to wait your turn at the pool table. Sound activated lights are around the perimeter of the entire room. Turn that music on...turn the main lights off and watch the show!!
Have little littles? There is also an oversized connect four as well as Wii games for all ages. Sit back in the comfy bean bag chairs and have fun!!
LAST AND CERTAINLY NOT LEAST
THE POOL AND LANAI AREA!!
Salt Water! Basketball hoop! All the necessities for pool time fun.
Relax in the screened pool area on the beautiful resort style round lounger with canopy while the kiddos play in the pool. Do you love the sun? There are 4 loungers in different areas of the patio for catching the perfect rays. Just grab a pool towel from the bin by the back door and relax!! Please note***We do not supply any type of pool floats or noodles under the advice of our insurance company
The fun doesn't stop with the pool. Under the covered lanai you can sit back and relax on the comfy sofa or in one of the chairs while watching your favorite movie or catching the game on the 65" TV. Dinner al fresco?? No problem with the bar height dining table with seating for 6. There's even a cowboy cooler for keeping those drinks cold.
If you're like us and enjoy music around the pool, there are blue tooth speakers mounted on the lanai!! Simply flip the switch with the music note by the back door and connect any device. (Please turn these off when not in use).
There is a security camera pointed at the pool for insurance purposes. There is also a ring doorbell/camera outside the entrance to the home.
Family challenges don't end in the game room...play a game of cornhole just outside the screen room or ring toss on the pool deck. Girls against guys perhaps?
When the evening rolls in there's no need to take the fun inside with the fully screened pool and lanai. Keep the mosquitos and no see-ums off everyone and enjoy the pool lights and the accent lighting surrounding the pool cage.
Toes in the Sand is truly a home for making memories with the whole family.
