Located inside the Spruce Tree Lodge building in ArrowheadVillage, this is a true ski in/out slopeside location at the base of Arrowhead Village! Main level Primary suite with two bedrooms upstairs, all bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a pull out couch in the upstairs living room. Sleeps 8. Enjoy the hot tub and heated pool onsite. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village/Bachelor Gulch. Download the "Village Connect" app to get the free shuttles.

Our well-appointed 3-bedroom/3.5 bath condominium is tastefully decorated with mountain-inspired furnishings and finishes, including stone fireplace and granite countertops.

Due to its one-of-a-kind slope-side location, this property is an excellent choice for guests interested in experiencing village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, & Beaver Creek Village.

Perfect for 2 family's or a group of friends who want to enjoy skiing without the hassle of taking a bus or a car to the mountain. Can't get any closer to the ski lift!

In the summer, enjoy fishing on the Eagle River, biking, hiking, golf, rafting, and more!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, a short walk to the arrowhead lift. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would highly recommended.

Really great stay in wonderful location just a short stroll to the Arrow Bahn lift! Host was ultra responsive. Plus great to have underground parking as well.Unit is in great shape, really spacious, and everything in great working order.

The property manager (Reed) is the best of the best! Incredibly responsive. This was our third time in the past year to stay at one of his properties. This most recent trip, we stayed at Spruce Tree Lodge so we could take more family members (introduced 3 grandkids to skiing). Spruce Tree was perfect!

Nice condo

Very nice 3 bedroom condo one minute from the Arrowhead lift. A great place to stay for a family ski trip. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

The location is fantastic! We played some tennis, enjoyed some hiking right out the door, swam at the pool/hot tubs which are steps away. So fun for our family and our friends. Can't wait to come back and stay here in the winter to go skiing!

Perfect for three couples

This property was fantastic. it was well appointed, comfortable, had a great layout and was in a wonderful location. It was a few steps to the chair lift. The ski locker room downstairs was great. The hot tub is a short walk, and robes were provided. Only complaint is small: need a few good non-stick pans. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here and loved it! It was the perfect location… a few minute walk to the lift, right by the hot tub, and a couple minutes from the main pick-up area. The lodge was completely stocked with everything you could need! Blankets, pillows, towels, laundry supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. Communication was great as we had a couple questions and got quick replies. Would stay here again and recommend this highly!

Close to lifts

Lifts were a very short walk (maybe 50 Yds) away which made for an excellent location. Had a little problem with the gas fireplace, but the moment we informed Reed of this, he was on it, even personally coming by the same day to solve the problem. Kitchen appeared to have the latest appliances and was well supplied. All in all, no problems and clearly worthy of a return stay.

Great location and Spacious!

We loved staying in this unit at Spruce Tree Lodge. We always stay in Arrowhead but this was the first time at Spruce Tree Lodge. The living room and kitchen was so great for our friends and their kids to enjoy! The pool and hot tubs are super close and we enjoyed a lot of pool time. This is directly across the street from Country Club of The Rockies which has a fantastic restaurant called, Vista, which is open to the public. Gorgeous views. Reed the property manager was very quick to respond when we had questions or needed a recommendation on activities or where to eat. We will be back in the winter since this is right next to the chairlift in Arrowhead. Highly recommend!

Entry door lock system was very difficult to deal with.

The home was nice and clean but there should have been more than one working television. Additionally there should be a binder with directions and information about the unit. There were no instructions on where the trash should go, how the tv works or how to get to the lockers for our skis. There should also be instructions on how we should prepare to leave the unit. Are we supposed to start a wash of towels and sheets??More information would be helpful and would have made our stay more enjoyable.Hopefully these suggestions will be considered.

Great Unit. Amazing location just 150 yards from Arrowhead lift. Well maintained. 4th floor unit with 1 bedroom and main level and 2nd level with two bedrooms. Very comfortable. Hot tub is community hot tub about 100 yards from Spruce Tree. Nice to be 150 yard from the excellent Vista restaurant. Parking is in the basement (limited to one car). Rudy, the contact person, was very responsive. Highly recommend. Only thing that would make the unit better is to replace the queen bed in a large bedroom upstairs with a third king bed. We will likely return if they add the third king bed for our group.
