Peck Plaza is a luxury condominium building. It is the tallest building on the Atlantic Coast. The condo is a true 1 bedroom, tastefully decorated, upgraded throughout. Pool, tennis court & beach access. All amenities are fully functional and newly renovated. Unit is on the 11th floor. Sit and relax in the balcony directly facing the ocean. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is free.

Beautiful view from a like new condo

The entire condo has been renovated and well furnished. Brand new hurricane windows and doors. Very quiet building. Shopping carts are available in the parking garage and near the lobby which is great for luggage. The owner is very nice. You meet her in the parking lot to the left of the building for check in. Strongly recommended for a rental property. We would definitely stay again.

Daytona Beach

Condo unit was nice. Comfortable furniture and bed. Great view of the ocean. Close to restaurants. Good amenities. BUT only one elevator out of 2 works in the 29 story building. And it appears it has been that way for some time. That elevator went down for a short time one day and we had to walk up 11 stories.

Beautiful condo with fantastic views!

This condo was perfect and super clean! The ocean views were spectacular and the beach access was super easy and the property has great amenities like the pool and jacuzzi.We were late for the 5pm check in due to traffic but Lisa who met us and did a late check in was super helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo.

Magnificent appointments. Need 2 FOBS for entry very essential .only one working elevator not a big problem. need 2 for 29 floor building. Very clean.

Love the view from 11NE and the staff

We had a great experience with Rayer who was our manager and then I had the privilege of meeting Bianca who works there and she is a jewel! We will be back. The only thing we didn't like was having such a small bed for 2 people...it was a standard bed, and we need at least a queen and so we won't stay in that unit again unless the bed is changed. But the decor is GORGEOUS and the view from the balcony beyond amazing. Thank you!

Nothing Less Than Excellent!

My wife and I completely enjoyed our stay at Peck Plaza in Daytona Beach Shores. From our condo, we could see both the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Great views all around. We got to see a lot of dolphins while sipping coffee from out magnificent balcony.Rayer (our host), was very helpful. She met us in person and showed us the property and we had great communication with her throughout the week. We love /Daytona and have been over 20 times. We will be back next year and will stay in the same condo. This is the one, and it receives my highest recommendation.

A little bit of heaven

The condo is gorgeous and the view is stunning. We call it the infinity condo because it looks like you can walk right out to the ocean. The amenities are wonderful. Parking under the building was helpful.

Great getaway!!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The view was simply AMAZING! The condo was clean and well stocked for the stay. The updates to the interior made the stay more enjoyable. Loved having the easy access to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing!!!!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed to a king. The key pods were a pain because you only get one. A key code would be much better. Also one elevate wasn’t awful but it was a tad annoying. Hopefully the second will be repaired soon. We also found the check in process weird. Saying all that over all our stay was wonderful! We Found the condo comfortable and roomy. The view was to die for!! Pool was very nice. Condo was well stocked.

Gorgeous Beach Front Condo

Beautifullly decorated condo. I would prefer a condo with a working Roku TV in the bedroom. I was unable to use the TV due to not working. Only one working elevator but there wasn't long wait times, so not a deal breaker for my stay. Condo smelled of mildew or some sort of oder. Last but not least, I got locked out of condo after taking trash to trash chute across the hall. The door looks behind you. Totally my fault, but disappointed that can actually happen. It was a bit stressful. Overall condo is a quaint, well appointed and on a nice piece of property in Daytona.

Beautiful Ocean views

Loved the views from the living room and bedroom. So, so pretty! Had a great stay. Everyone was super kind. Would definitely stay here again. Just be careful this particular street address also exists in Cocoa Beach. So if using Waze or Google Maps, pay attention to which city it defaults to and make certain it’s the one in Daytona Beach instead. Unfortunately we did not and didn’t realize it till it was too late, resulting in us not arriving until 4:10pm (10 mins late) which cost us. Totally our fault but still frustrating as I thought we were actually going to arrive early. Lesson learned for sure for next time

Annual Vacation

Very satisfied with stay at Peck Plaza again. Only issue was one out-of-order elevator entire stay and the other closed for repair for 3 hours one afternoon (not the fault of property management). Definitely recommend for location and and quiet adult atmosphere.
