This place really is a hidden gem in Lancaster. The property was great and centrally located, close to downtown shopping as well as the sports complex that we were playing a basketball tournament at over the weekend. Val was friendly, attentive and was very easily accessible throughout the trip. The worst part about this was that we couldn't stay longer - it was that amazing.

The communication with our host was very good, quick to reply. Our check in and checkout instructions very clear. The space was welcoming and comfortable. This was a perfect place to relax. It is close to a grocery store, and to all activities we planned-including going to the Sight and Sound theatre.

Host was very accommodating & even provided a list of restaurants and other local attractions for our visit. The condo had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, everything was in pristine condition and very clean.Even though the property is listed as a first floor condo, it is more like a converted apartment with a house above. We could definitely hear people above us, but they were never too loud or disturbing.

Every property should be this easy to enjoy. The private parking, patio, quiet backyard, and thoughtful amenities like coffee, creamer(s!!), full size fridge and luxurious bathroom were above and beyond our expectations. We meandered along backroads on our quest for fabric stores and couldn't get over how well-cared-for the farms and homes appeared. It was just the balm to our spirits we needed. I hope we can return someday soon.

We picked this location for a wedding and all the positive reviews did not disappoint. The quiet yard was perfect to sit out back in the cool undercover table and play cards even when it was 90 degrees! The birds are always chirping cheerfully which makes you feel like you are in a tranquil place. Having the kitchen, the two bedrooms and washer/dryer made it so much better than a hotel. Chad greeted our grand-dog when he came home to make her relax and Val was so prompt in communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. All our trails and pickle ball courts were within 15 min to boot. Locket restaurant was perfect forSitting in the cool outdoor area with our grand-dog. The food was excellent and so was the service. Thank you Val and Chad.

Only reason I gave four stars for check-in was because the Vrbo app messaging didn’t give me the code to get in even though it was seen from the host side. Not sure what happened, but the host was able to text me the code when the Vrbo messaging was glitching.

Perfect location and accommodations.

We were looking for a place to stay while taking in a show at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. This was perfect for us! Very close to the theater and great accommodations. A nice cozy spot to explore the Lancaster area.

Our Property is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and it's 1 mile from where I grew up! The area is super safe, minimal traffic and convenient location.

Our condo is located a short walking distance to the neighborhood walking trail to enjoy a stroll and take your pet with you, and closeby to the community garden plots.

It's also beautifully appointed with comfort and style and all the amenities needed as a home away from home. We provide numerous pantry items, not typically provided by other Airbnb stays.
