The first thing you'll notice upon arrival is the stunning view of the lake. Take a deep breath of fresh air as you step inside and admire the tastefully decorated interior. The living room is cozy and inviting, featuring plush sofas, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy together.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with soaking tub, and large walk in closet. Other details to note:
There are no interior stairs between the two levels. To access the main living area upstairs you must use one of the two outdoor staircases.

We have driveway parking to accommodate up to seven vehicles. Please do not park vehicles in the grass due to underground drain lines and irrigation that can be severely damaged.
The pontoon boat on the front dock is private property and is not included in the rental.
No large parties or gatherings will be permitted. We ask you be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet time outside the home between 9pm and 7am.
