We had a great experience during our stay in San Diego. Pros: Centrally located to all of the activities that we wanted to do (San Diego Zoo, Safari and Lego Land) and easy to navigate - there were also tons of places to eat/shop super close by. Appreciated the onsite parking, complimentary breakfast and other amenities that were included on the property. Check in and out was easy and we were actually able to check in early (call prior). Loved the room lay out - it was nice to have a living space separate from the bedroom/bathroom area and we loved having a kitchen. Property does provide good shampoo, conditioner, body wash and I LOVED the body lotion. The beds and pillows were also comfy!Cons: The room itself was a outdated and could use a refresh and good clean. Our tub/shower had mildew/mold build up in all the typical places that it builds up over time, there were dusty/dingy spots throughout the unit and although the ice maker in the freezer was a nice bonus - I didn't feel comfortable using it. Not really a con but just a heads up if you plan on eating in - our particular unit did not have enough plates, bowls or utensils for us to use so we did grab disposable ones when we went to the grocery store. Overall it was a good experience. The staff was helpful, breakfast was a lovely inclusion and none of the cons listed would NOT discourage us from booking here again.
