Welcome to Casa Aqua – where the nearby sound of the ocean waves & the salty ocean air beckons you for your next relaxing escape from reality. Here, you're only 1,000 feet from the beautiful ocean and a few minutes' stroll from Matanzas Inlet and some of the best bridge and surf fishing in Florida. At the end of each day, return home to sit beneath the oak trees and gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows for s'mores.

The owners have decorated this house with comfort in mind. It's the perfect place to prepare the fish you caught that day, play family board games, and relax by the gas fireplace in the living room. A favorite spot is the top porch, where you can watch sunrises, sunsets, and even the moon rise from the ocean. There are also porches that face both east and west, so you can have lots of together time or alone time to sip a glass of wine and read a book.

The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a kitchen table, and an outdoor table where you can eat or play games. The living room is the perfect place to cap the evening, watching a movie on the 55-inch curved TV.

There are five bedrooms total, two of which have their own private porches. The primary suite has a king bed, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other bedroom configurations are as follows: one queen bed & twin bunk beds; one queen bed; one queen bed with toddler bed & pack and play in closet. The living room also has sleeper sofa. A full-size washer/dryer is on hand for all of your laundry needs as well.

- Age Restrictions: the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will approve via photo ID. Thank you for understanding!

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

- Parking notes: This home can accommodate 4-5 cars. Please do not park on the street.
