Spacious tri-level townhome with garage located in uptown Pagosa Lakes!

This spacious tri-level townhome is located near North Village Lake. It is close to the golf course, restaurants and more. This property has very attractive landscaping, a 2-car garage and a deck with a great view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The home features a tongue-and-groove wood cathedral ceiling with a loft overlooking the living/dining area. The lovely oak dining table seats 6.

It has a large master bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed, closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is a very nice, well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a Weber BBQ Grill is also available for use.

The house has a TV in the living room with cable, a DVD player, and wireless internet.

You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight and exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details.

Nice townhome

Beautiful views of the mountains! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen utensils, drinking glasses, bathroom towels are in short supply though. Pagosa was very busy but management was responsive.

Great Location in Views. So-So Property. Charge for Existing Damage!

The location is good, as are the views. We've stayed many times in this condo development in another, much nicer unit. This is clearly a low-care rental unit for the host. Check in was fine with the lockbox. The carpet is old and worn and aside from the typical high use areas (kitchen / bath), many areas, especially the windows, were not clean. The high windows in the living room both inside and out were caked with dirt, spider webs, and debris. Several blind cords were broken so blinds could not be opened, the patio screen door bent, all the fabric on the patio chairs busted by the weather. Upstairs toilet leaked intermittently (seems like the wax seal may have been broken) leaving water on the floor. All but one set of TV remotes were missing their batteries (the TVs are all rather undersized too). Owner left vehicle in the garage charging, so we only had use of one space. Only grill is charcoal so plan accordingly (bring your own charcoal). For the price I generally wouldn't care about any of this - I didn't expect a well-kept unit, but what irked me is the host trying to charge for the bent patio screen door. It was unmistakably bent upon our arrival when I did an initial walk-through (my wife and friend also noted it the first time they opened the door). Given the disrepair of several items in the condo, I didn't think much of the already bent screen door until the host charged a damage fee for it - lame!
