New Listing! Beautiful home, fenced yard, great location, AC, Pet friendly

This home is located right near beautiful Lake Pagosa, a short drive to restaurants & shops, and
a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 30 minutes away. In the
home we you’ll find good Wi-Fi and plenty of games including a ping pong table, darts &
corn hole. It is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

The interior is tastefully furnished. There is a queen master bedroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests and would require an air mattress (we will provide upon request).

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home has A/C.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Clean and perfect for family with kids

The house is clean and well organized. We like the kids bedroom the most with lots toys and games for the kids. The management team is quick to response to any need. We enjoy the stay and have a good time.

Family holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time on our visit to Pagosa Spring in part due to the accommodations of this rental. The 2 queen beds have amazingly comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is more than amply stocked with dishes and silverware. The only downside was this rental was listed as a sleeps 8 - which required the use of an air mattress ( provided by the rental) for our group. Unfortunately we did not have room to effectively accommodate the mattress. Everything else was A plus

The house was well stocked with all we needed and more. The only drawback was the listing stated sleeps 8 but that requires the use of an air mattress with not sufficient space to accommodate a mattress.
