Felt like home

Beautiful Retreat

This cabin was a joy to stay in. Cozy and comfortable, just right for a romantic Valentines getaway!! Everything one could need to have a good time, well stocked kitchen, games, and everything else one could need to get along without a hitch. The Adairs were quick to respond to any concerns and were very accommodating. We highly recommend booking here!

Mountain house

We had a great stay at the house. Comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and good location. Dog run was a plus. Hoping to come back next year. The master suite was perfect.

Description online perfectly summed the property. Far enough to enjoy the stars at night but close enough to the stores, springs and any activity. The communication with inquiries and request for extension stay was responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Privacy and dog run were great

Hard to leave this adorable cabin

This was the perfect place to enjoy our Christmas vacation. The beds were comfortable, it was well stocked. The views were incredible. The driveway was cleared of snow for us. The only problem we had was leaving, could have stayed here forever!

Quiet country estate

Loved the quiet and wildlife. We met friends at this cabin and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Rustic decor throughout this fully furnished cabin. Ample parking just outside the door. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pagosa Springs is a ten minute drive. We had never been to Pagosa Springs and found it to be very friendly and beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again.

Southwest CO at its best

The house was clean and comfy with everything one needs for a great vacation. The property was spacious with beautiful views all around. Almost every late afternoon/evening provided something special from the wildlife (mule deer, elk) to the colorful sky and bluffs as the sun slowly set behind the mountains. The property manager was first class too!

We live in live in Kansas City, MO with our two children Tess and James. We own the property in Pagosa with Jim and Becky Dorian who manage it. We enjoy getting to Pagosa several times a year.

152 Belford is an awesome property as it's an upgraded 3 BR log home on 5 acres. Located on the west end of Pagosa, it's secluded yet close to amenities.

The property is great for a family with pets or horses. We are pet friendly, have a 1 ac fenced dog run along with smaller kennel area and the property is fenced and cross-fenced for horses.
