The living room boasts large leather sofas, a gas fireplace, and a big screen HDTV, perfect for cozy nights in.

The kitchen and dining area feature an island with seating for 4, a large dining table for 8, and a coffee bar with a K-cup machine and coffee pot. Equipped with all the essentials including cookware, bakeware, and grilling tools, you'll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The first master bedroom and bathroom located downstairs boasts a luxurious king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a comfortable lounge chair, a bench, and a big-screen TV. This room also offers direct access to the patio and an ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The second master bedroom and bathroom downstairs feature a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a lounge chair, a couch, and a big-screen TV. This room also has direct access to the patio and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a soaker tub for ultimate relaxation.

Moving upstairs, the third master bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a lounge chair, and a bench. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Bunk Room, which features a large walk-in shower for added convenience.

The Bunk Room upstairs is perfect for accommodating multiple guests with 2 triple-stacked full bunk beds, a bench, and a big-screen TV. This room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the third master, making it ideal for families or groups.

The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs provides easy access and convenience for all guests staying in these rooms.

The loft area entertains with shuffleboard, a pool table, and a pre-loaded arcade table, ensuring that guests have plenty of activities to enjoy during their stay.

Downstairs, the half bath/laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, a fire extinguisher for safety, a sink, and a toilet for added convenience during your stay.

Outdoor living is made easy with patio furniture, a gas fireplace, a big screen TV, a private hot tub for relaxation, and a fire pit with seating for 10, making it the perfect space for gathering and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free Wi-Fi. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 18 guests, with no exceptions.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
