Fishing and swimming off the dock on Foot Lake during the day and campfires at night. This private cabin is a few blocks from downtown Willmar and a Short Walk to The Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds, You'll Have Front Row Seats To Willmars Fireworks Over The Lake & Robin Islands Light of the World Display. Lots of family fun to be had!

This place was perfect for a family. House is fully furnished with everything needed to cook, shower, sleep, and play Location is great, loved the full table for our family thanksgiving meal. And so clean!

This property was a perfect vacation for our family. It's literally minutes from all of Willmar's stores and restaurants, but the location feels rural and scenic. We spent a lot of time on the dock between fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The 3 kayaks and swim mat were big perks, as were the fire pit, hammock, and tire swing.Fishing off the dock yielded a surprising variety of fish. We caught sunfish, bass, northern pike, sheepshead, bullhead, and lots of crappies.The soaker tub upstairs was lovely for relaxing and beds were extremely comfortable.Host was prompt in responding to any messages and check-in and check-out was smooth and easy.

The probably lies. My only issue was it was debris everywhere. It was a very nice area. I love the lake behind the property the specialness of the lot. It was all around good.

Everything we needed

This was a great place to stay during our tournament for a place to relax in between games. Backyard is a great hangout by the lake. House had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Very stress free.

We enjoyed our stay on Foot Lake. Quaint old house. Beautiful woodwork. Nicely decorated. Air conditioning worked great. Beautiful views of the lake. Sitting on the deck was wonderful, Firepit area was very welcoming. Grill worked great. The house was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable. Bikes, kayaks, life jackets, Lily pad were available for use. Jennifer was great to communicate with, and arranged for us to rent a pontoon from Josh Redington of Spicer, who delivered and picked up the pontoon to the lake, which worked out wonderfully. We had a wonderful time and we recommend staying here.

Peaceful family stay

Easy to communicate, book, check in and out. Clean and generously furnished with all we would need for indoors, outdoors, fire pit and lake use. Peaceful lake views. Plenty of beds and space for a family. Good property! Thanks again.

My only complaint was the master bed. It desperately needs a new firmer matress. My daughter & her fiance ended up with severe backaches from the saggy matress. Overall a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed our stay. saggy

Great spot for a family getaway

Our group of 10 (six adults, three kids and a baby) had a wonderful time at this lovely house on Foot Lake. Jennifer was a great host, and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need, and had plenty of room. Location also very convenient. The yard is well maintained with plenty of shade and a nice view of the lake. We loved grilling and sitting around the bonfire, and the kids had a great time kayaking, swimming and fishing off the dock. Recommend!

The lake view was really great from the deck.Lots of comfortable seating and table and chairs for eating meals on the deck.The rental was Very well stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The central air was great on first level but got hot upstairs in the bedrooms. Some parts of the rental need some serious updating.

Great hospitality, felt like home!

Great home in a great neighborhood. My family and I stayed for the 4th of July. The house fit 9 people comfortably and the house was well stocked with all the essentials anyone could possibly need. Grandparents, parents, and teenage grandchildren all had a great time. Many activities to keep everyone busy. Bikes, yard games, books, XBOX, Roku tv, kayaks, floaties, like jackets, hammock all onsite. There firepit was even setup for a fire and all we had to do was light it. Propane grill amd lots of comfortable seating outside and great view of the lake. We were catching many different kinds of fish right of the dock including walleye. The water level were unusually high from recent storms and we were not able to safely secure our pontoon to the dock. The neighbor came over and tried to raise the dock for us but he was unable to fix it so instead he let us park the pontoon at his dock during our entire stay. Everyone was super friendly. Jennifer is an amazing host and checked in often to make sure we didnt need anything. Super easy check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
