Our Loft is perfect for hosting 7 of your favorite people. With 2 bedrooms — one king bed, one queen bed. Our living room features a queen-sized pull-out sofa and an oversized chaise lounge ( it’s comfy, we promise ). Ever sleep like the Scandinavians? Each guest gets their own twin comforter. You can thank us later.

+ a medium { and/or } firm pillow for each guest, white noise machine, luggage rack, full-length mirror, a chair/stool, hangers, and lavender essential oil.

Our bathroom has spa-inspired details including a Henry Rose perfume bar, make-up face wipes, Grown Alchemist Hair & Body products, and Typology Paris Skin Care. But before you indulge in a bit of self-care be sure to slip into a comfy robe.

+ hair dryer, black washcloths, footstool, full-length mirror, steamer, travel-sized essentials ( for when you’ve forgotten yours ).

Foodie? Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. It features an Oatmeal Bar and an unforgettable coffee experience including :: a De Longhi Espresso Machine, Moka Pot, French Press, and Pour Over. A curated collection of dinnerware and flatware. And, tea too.

A U-Turn record player, fully adorned bar cart, and dimmable chandelier set the mood to gather your favorite humans around the table. Good Conversation. Better Company.

Serene Weekend in a Luxurious Location

This is one of my favorite rental locations for a weekend getaway! The amenities are luxurious, the host is responsive, and it's an easy walk to all sorts of cute shops and restaurants.

The hosts were wonderful at communicating with a quick response. Gave us lots of recommendations on food and activities happening while we were in town. Amenities were outstanding. Amazing Stay!

Such a beautiful space in Lake Geneva! I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The space is absolutely stunning with a cozy, welcoming feel that instantly made us feel at home. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the little touches that made the weekend extra special. The location is ideal - close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. On top of that, the hosts were so responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. It truly exceeded all expectations and made such a meaningful weekend even more memorable.

What a nice little gem in the middle of Lake Geneva!!! The amenities at this place were amazing. We do a good deal of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The design and function of this apartment are very well thought out.

College reunion

I stayed at this cute loft with my College friends (University of Illinois’79). We felt like we were at a five star resort. Decor and amenities are top class! Communication was quick and easy with the host. We were short some sheets for the sofa, bed and the cleaning staff brought to our door Within 15 minutes. Perfect location for our Lake Geneva reunion!

Girl's getaway!

Such a beautiful, immaculate property! There were so many amenities that made our weekend complete -- coffee/espresso, sweet treats, and plenty of games to play. The living and dining roo.s were spacious; the beds were comfortable, and the proximity to downtown LG was perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere! Quick responses if we had questions. Definitely worth the price.

My favorite VRBO!

This was my second stay here and I plan to visit again! It’s perfect! Just book it… you won’t regret it. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. I just love this watch lace and the process is so so easy. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at the loft, it was perfect for our family of four. The first day we skied and having the oatmeal bar was amazing in the morning. We were able to have a good warm breakfast before we hit the slopes. The toiletries are wonderful and the little touches are what really make this place shine. The beds are comfortable, tea and coffee selection are unmatched. We will definitely book in the future! My kids didn’t want to leave. Don’t miss the cheese shop downstairs either

Perfect Getaway

The loft was just as advertised and the host was very responsive. The attention to detail was wonderful and very thoughtful. We enjoyed the expresso machine and all that went with it in the mornings. The variety of records & the games they offered was a fun way to enjoy some down time. It was the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants. (The 2 umbrellas they had were much appreciated on a rainy day). We had a great meal at Oak Fire per their recommendation.

Didn’t want to leave!

We were in Lake Geneva for a family reunion. Our place became the place where we would gather in the evening. Very spacious with wonder “touches” everywhere. Beds comfy, nice kitchen - equipped with espresso maker w/very good directions. A truly wonderful place.

Terrific property

The property is quite impressive. Nicholas’s attention to detail is top-notch—terrific bedding, a nicely furnished kitchen (we made dinner one night), and lovely products in the bathroom. Another bonus is that the property is within walking distance of both downtown and the lake. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

Spectacular Loft to Restore & Relax

What a Remarkable find the New Boutique Inspired Loft, Lake Geneva! This property is Incredible, Chic, and so Cozy. We were mesmerized from the moment we opened the door. Everything is decorated to Perfection with the most unique things, Beautiful yet also very Comfortable. The Wonderful scents throughout, the Luxurious bath soaps, Cozy robes, the Tasty treats, the Quiet nooks to cuddle up in with lots of pillows and throws, the music on the record player to name just a few of the things we Enjoyed. These owners have paid meticulous attention to all details to enhance one’s experience. The Location was Amazing, Free parking behind the loft with a second well lit entrance. Excellent neighborhood! We Enjoyed our time at the local cheese-wine store, Simple restaurant & bakery, liquor store and Tuscan restaurant. Met Wonderful people and had Great service. Main Street was only a few blocks away, everything we needed was within walking distance, the lake, shops, restaurants with no parking hassles. Check in/ Check out was smooth with secure code keypad lock systems. The owner Nicholas, was Extremely Responsive and Helpful. We highly recommend this Lovely & Impeccable home and look forward to staying there again. Thanks Nicholas for making our travels so pleasant. Jan

Perfect weekend getaway from Chicago

Our family was looking for a two night getaway driving distance from Chicago. We found this place on VRBO and were impressed by the pictures online. When we arrived, we were even more impressed in person! The space is so well appointed and has an elevated feel. Tons of natural light but shades on every window for privacy too. High end furniture and fixtures for an upscale vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Less than 10 min walk (with two kids! So even less with adults only) to the main downtown area. We liked being slightly removed because it was quieter at night. Directly above a cheese shop (so cute) and across the street from Simple Cafe, outrageously good breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We are no strangers to VRBO accommodations and this one we found to be extremely clean, easy check-in/checkout process, and very prompt communication with host. They allowed us to check in early and late, which was extremely accommodating with young children. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you again!
