Room was nice and clean but the pool area could use a deep cleaning on tables and chairs. People were smoking on the balcony so did not stay long at the pool

Not only do the images on the website not match the property but upon checkout. I was informed that they allowed someone to charge something to my room. In the room there was a huge black stain on the floor by the sink that looked like spilled ink.
