Enjoy life in a new tastefully furnished new home in the amazing Riverstone planned community!
Freshly built in 2023, 955 Winchell and features modern furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and new stainless steel appliances throughout. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub along with a double vanity. The other two bedrooms share a full jack and jill bathroom that offers convenience and privacy. In addition to the 65" Sony smart TV in the great room, each bedroom includes a Roku smart TV.
You'll also have access to the wonderful amenities at Riverstone including a luxurious pool and spa, health and fitness center, and a beautiful and spacious lodge that hosts frequent community events like Friday night food trucks, concerts, move/game nights, yoga classes, and much more.
Small pets considered for an additional monthly fee and deposit.
