Welcome to Park Place Manor, a stunning 5-bedroom heritage home in the heart of downtown St. John's. This immaculate property is historically significant as the former residence of a pre-Confederation Prime Minister and features a pristine garden, sunroom with floor-to-ceiling glass, air conditioning, a large dining room and sitting room with 14-foot ceilings, off-street parking, and 5 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, 1 twin).

Walk to George Street, the harbourfront, Signal Hill, and the best restaurants and pubs in the city — everything St. John's offers is right at your door.

Very convenient location to places of interest and downtown! Beautiful historic home. Loved the heated floor in the sunroom since we were there during snow. Response time to questions and request taken care of very efficiently.

Ideal for Family Reunion

We hosted a family reunion at 4 Park Place of about 20 people who were gathering for a relative’s 100th birthday. It was an ideal setting — magnificent high-ceilinged rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, lots of room for multiple conversations throughout the day and evening. There were also excellent accommodations for a couple, two teenagers, and another adult. And the central location near Bannerman Park was highly convenient. Strongly recommended for large family events.

The house is in a great location to down town. It’s an older home with enough room for our group of 8. The downside of renting the home was the Very Poor communication with the host and VRBO. Until the day before leaving for the airport we weren’t sure if we had a place to go to. Extra charge was added to our rental fee after we had payed in full and was still being billed to us after we left even though VRBO plus host kept telling us it was straightened out. Very stressful and totally put a damper on our vacation. Still don’t exactly know who was telling us the truth. Would never recommend because of this!
