Welcome to our cherished family woodlands home. We invite you to share in the warmth and love that fills this special place. Please respect our home as you would your own; this is not a party house, but a sanctuary for making treasured memories.

Our Larkspur retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, chef's kitchen, game area, wet bar, and a large backyard with a covered patio. With room for 12, enjoy wildlife sightings, stunning sunsets, and towering pines in this stunning mountain escape.
✴We require that guests refrain from interacting with the neighbors to the West (the neighbor to the right when facing the house).
✴ This is our cherished family home, not a hotel. We are opening our home and welcoming you in as apart of our family. Please treat the home with respect.
✴Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited due to the high risk of fire in the area. This is a countywide regulation and must be strictly adhered to for the safety of all.
✴Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to retrieve the large trash bin in the garage. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
✴Events are subject to approval. Please note event fees will apply.
✴During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, back patio, and walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.
✴Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
✴Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
✴Security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
