Welcome to the Coast!!!

This Lovely new home welcomes you with a HUGE kitchen/living room and lots of great outdoor spaces to enjoy the Gulf Views! The ICW side of the house has a large deck leading to a sky walk over to a separate balcony with shaded cover overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beach views directly across the ICW, with beautiful panoramic views from the entire property!!

Great fishing and crabbing right here off of the pier with fishing lights!

The bed layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds
Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of full over full bunk beds

The home does have security cameras outside, located at the back and front of the house. These are for security purposes only. We respect your privacy and do not record audio.

Property looked just like the pictures and it was absolutely amazing. Caught a bunch of fish on the intracoastal waterway and were only a short 10 minute drive from the beach. Plenty of room for our big group.

Grand kids weekend

The house was great plenty of space and outside deck and fishing dock were really nice. The only down side was the boat traffic bad boating etiquette. Would definitely go back.

A Short Getaway

The property is as advertised. Very clean and owner provided almost everything you need for your stay. Communication is fast and area is very safe.

Perfection! This is the perfect house on the ICW- our new favorite! We enjoyed fishing and caught lots of different fish, sting rays and many blue crab! The kids love watching and getting the barges to honk! This house has everything you need. Super clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay

This was our 2nd time to stay and our favorite rental in Sargent. Right on the ICW! Love all the decks and how close they are to the water. Provides the perfect shade when fishing at the house. House was clean and inviting. Neighbors were friendly! We will be back.. again!

From the fisrt moment we arrived the host was bsolutely amazing. She showed so much compassion and care, especially toward my elderly mother, which truly touched our hearts. The house was nice, cool, and fresh when we walked in — they had even left the AC on for us. That simple gesture meant so much.Words can’t fully express how grateful we are for everything this host did to make our stay so comfortable. She checked in with us to see if we needed anything — accommodations, recommendations, or local store info — and went above and beyond in every way. The home had everything we could possibly need, even plenty of pots and pans in case we wanted to cook a meal together as a family.This stay not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and plans to definitely book again.

Amazing!

This house and property is amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The view of the intracoastal and beach is beautiful. We caught lots of fish and crabs off the pier. We will definitely be staying here again soon!!

Family vacation

We had a great time staying at the brown water bungalow! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, downstairs by the canal was where we spent most of our time and it accommodated a lot of us fishing from the pier. Caught back to back flounder our last night and caught two big stone crabs! We will be back!

Family Vacation Home

We loved loved LOVED this home! The location was great for fishing and the view was amazing from the top deck. The kitchen was perfect for us since we cooked every meal during our stay. There’s was a big nice smoked grill and crab traps for us to use. We will definitely be coming back. And whoever did the decorating did an awesome job, it felt very homey.

Spacious clean and relaxing

The home was beautiful, clean and very big. Right on the ICW with awesome views. A lot of shade and relaxing spaces both on ground floor and upstairs on the balconies!!! Loved it. Nothing negative to say, therefore look no more and just book it. You won’t regret it.

Great family fun in a nice tidy house

We had a great time at The Brown Water Bungalow. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The house was very tidy and equipped with everything you need. The house is perfect for families with kids with 2 rooms with bunk beds. Everyone from the kids to the adults enjoyed fishing right from the back of the house in the ICW. The back patio has a great view and the area is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a fun kid friendly fishing getaway!

Fun Weekend Away!

We had such a wonderful stay at Brown Water Bungalow! The house was super clean, spacious and had everything a group would need to cook and entertain. The porches are HUGE and perfect to watch the sunset, or sit out for a morning coffee. This is such a great spot for fishing and watching the boats too! There is a boat slip super close, with easy access. There was so much fun to be had in the area- from dinner at The Crab Trap, drinks at the Flamingo Texas cocktail shack, and popping in a few shops along the way for the ladies. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for groups, families, or fishermen! It’d be perfect for anyone!

Best Sargent experience

This has been our favorite place to stay in Sargent yet! The house has a great floor plan, spacious with lots of beds and the bathroom off the living area was a plus. But the best part was the outdoor porch and deck. Right on the water. We loved sitting on the top deck at night and hearing the waves crash in. & we caught so many fish and crab! My kids had a blast! Neighbors are very friendly too. 10/10 recommend. We will be back very soon!

Wonderful Fishing Weekend!

We had an amazing time staying at this property on the intercoastal waterway in Sargent. The house was just as advertised, with plenty of room for our group of 6. We loved watching the dolphins and barges in the ICW, and we caught a bunch of fish. The house has been recently updated, and the massive kitchen had everything that we needed to cook all of our meals. There was plenty of covered outdoor space - both upstairs and downstairs - although we got lucky with dry, cooler weather during our long weekend in October. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing, fishing vacation in Sargent. Thank you again to the owner for letting us stay!

Property stay

Everything was as described and we had an amazing time! Fishing was great perfect place to relax and let family fish off dock even all night. Was ver shaded with the patio making it an enjoyable experience being outside. Location was only a couple of minutes away from beach. My only downfall was the smoke censors are extremely touchy. We didn’t fry anything but anytime you open over for more than a couple of seconds the alarms would go off even with no smoke but I understand necessity to keep home in great condition that it is in
