Newly remodeled, this large Tudor-style home has a spacious front patio with BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and is located just a couple of homes off North Bayfront’s cherished Ruby Beach. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs amenities include, AC, living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, and a kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms including the master bedroom which has a walk-in closet and balcony with water views. There is a 2-car garage and laundry for your parking and laundry needs.


WEEKLY: $6,394—$9,870• MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $12,650
Weekly and Monthly Pricing includes all fees and are subject to change pending on duration of stay.

7-night minimum and Saturday to Saturday reservations for the peak season. Prices are subject to change. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

Lovely property. Good bed/bath set up. Nice location close to the north bay. Pictures greatly exaggerate the size of the space. The front patio is very small in comparison to the photo. The same is true for the kitchen/living room.

GREAT VACATION RENTAL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was fantastic. First, the home is beautiful and and extremely well maintained. Clearly, the owners care about the house and the grounds. The house is well-appointed, lots of amenities, it was very clean, and even the towels came in sanitized wrapped bags. The bedrooms were quite big (except one which is slightly smaller), comfortable and beautifully decorated. The living room was comfortable and easily sat 7 people. The kitchen was large for a rental with numerous pots, pans and utensils. We had a family of 8 including 4 children so we cooked a lot in the house. It was our best experience in cooking in a vacation rental. The washer and dryer were great and we used them a lot. The front patio is great - it has essentially two sections. We spent a lot of time on the patio. One side is a table that sits about 8 people. The other side are couches and chairs that sit about 6-7 people. Another great aspect is its location. It is literally 2-3 doors from a beach. While we went to Crystal Cove, a larger beach, our kids loved the beach next to the rental. And, it made things like lunches, very convenient. We have nothing but great things to say about 321 Diamond. We are looking forward to our next trip there. We are already making plans.

It definitely meets our goals. Close to the Bay, nice layout, newly remodeled, and the nice neighbors were a bonus!We especially enjoyed the air-conditioning because we had a week with 90 degree weather.
