This was a great house for our friend reunion - it very comfortably fit our five families with plenty of space for the adults and kids to sprawl. The house is very conveniently located, despite the fact that you feel like you’re miles away from everyone else once you’re on the property.

It's wonderful to know the home worked so well for your reunion and gave five families the room to spread out comfortably. That balance between feeling tucked away on the property while still being close to everything is one of our favorite things about this place, and we're glad you experienced it that way. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to host you and your group again in the future.

Amazing retreat!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for our daughter's bridal party to stay in and get ready before her wedding. Everything was perfect, they all had so much fun over the weekend. Every detail in the house is so thoughtful and intentional. The hot tub and open floor plan made for so many great memories with all of her friends. The area is very peaceful and private, with a beautiful view of the vineyards.

A great property for a vineyard getaway! The house was beautiful with so many different areas for sitting and relaxing. We saw bunnies, deer, squirrels, and heard a coyote in the evening. It was a good launching point to visit different wineries, and is also a great place if you just want to stay at the house. The only small issue was the house was pretty warm when we got there and it took awhile for it to cool down. Some parts of the house cooled faster than other areas. Also, the top shower was just a tub, so the top floor guests need to go downstairs to get a shower. We also did encounter a wolf spider, but we fondly named him Wolfie and left him alone to do his bidding. A great house and we would absolutely go back.

Wolfie the wolf spider may be the best guest nickname we've come across, and we appreciate the good humor you brought to the whole stay. It's great to hear the home offered so many different spots to sit and unwind, and that the wildlife made appearances throughout your time here. We're glad the location served as a good base for winery visits while still being somewhere you were happy to stay put. Your notes about the cooling and the upstairs bath setup have been passed along to our team. Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we would love to have you back.

10 of us ladies stayed there for a wine country visit from Minnesota. We cooked dinner a couple times and had breakfast there every morning, used the hot tub, hung out on the patios, walked in the vineyards. We had some pomegranate from the trees, watched deer walk right up to the house and a skunk even wandered through. This was the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed and with the next opportunity, we will be back!

It is a wonderful retreat beyond our expectations!

The house is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We did not expect that we have two different outdoor seating area and the location was beyond our expectations. The first day we arrived on a clear day and the sun was setting just right in the back of the house. The view was breathtaking!

Beautiful Farmhouse Sanctuary

Judi’s property is stunning and spacious, and she was a joy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a team of seven staying for work, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The front and back patios are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Watching the sunset over the vineyard from the jacuzzi is a dream. After seven days we didn’t want to leave.

Wine Weekend

We were a group of 10 friends who were visiting the area for a few days of winetasting. What a surprise when we arrived to a most beautiful setting to a house that is beyond words! We were a large group but very comfortable in the several seating areas and very grateful for a dining room that seated all 10 of us. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, as were the beds. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of this house!

Well maintained, cozy beds, great hot tub, clean, nice decor, many areas for cozy conversation, the children absolutely loved exploring the outside areas and picked a few pomegranates, kitchen had all that we needed, including linens / placemats / flower vases / blender / salad spinner / everything for baking / especially good coffee, view views views plus wildlife - overall inviting relaxing environment perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. Be aware that access to 5th bedroom (has twin beds) is through the 4th bedroom. So the top level of home is best for one large family as 5th bedroom is not so private. We enjoyed the Christmas celebration and the escape room at the Santa Margarita Ranch and bike riding - great pump track at the park in Los Robles. The house was really the best place to relax and enjoy our family. Peace and quiet neighborhood Thank you!
