Studio Apartment on the beach above Roy's Bayside Grill.

We are a restaurant, not a Five Star resort, but we do have a King bedded studio apartment above the restaurant that we rent, and your morning view could be overlooking Road Bay.

The resorts here on Anguilla are wonderful. Some are big, some are small. Some have all sorts of amenities and others are a bit more boutique. All those things are nice, but if you are looking for a nice clean place to rest your head, with access to the beach, at an affordable rate, then we have the place for you.

Our apartment is situated neatly atop the main building of the restaurant and overlooks Road Bay. We rent it for a week, two weeks, a month or whatever period you'd like. We prefer to stick to a Sunday arrival with a Saturday departure, but we can be flexible to some extent.
