This apartment (the upstairs of a duplex) is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood not far from the highlights of Cedar Falls including downtown and the university. The apartment is spacious and comfortable while featuring decor from around the world to explore during your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who want to cook or for those who just want a cup of coffee (locally roasted). There are two bedrooms with one having a daybed and trundle perfect for kids.

Great location

This apartment was great. Hot water and water pressure were A1, heat worked great. The location is great, especially if you cook your meals as there's a grocery store super close.

Eveything was great!

We had everyrhing we needed for our short stay and it was perfect! Clean, plenty of space and cute. The kiddos loved the little scavenger hunt of different objects and we loved the space! Will be out first choice if in the area again for sure! Thanks for everything!
