This luxury vacation lake home offers the tranquility of the water and the beauty of nature to create a truly unforgettable experience. Situated on the shores of Lake Norman, this stunning home is the perfect blend of modern luxury and comfortable living.



Step inside and be greeted by a spacious living room with coffered ceilings, comfortable seating, and large windows offering magnificent views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area with seating for everyone! Ask us about our ready to serve gourmet meal delivery service as well as our private chef.



Start your day with a cup of coffee on the covered patio where you can bask in the morning sun and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the water. Unwind in one of 3 luxurious king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom! Additionally, this home includes a queen bedroom and bunk room for kids- great for multifamily vacationers.



Outside, the home offers a wealth of amenities perfect for taking advantage of the lakefront setting. Spend the day on the private dock, soaking up the sun and swimming in your own private beach! Take to the water with the included paddleboards and kayaks, or head out on a scenic boat ride. We also offer local boat rentals as well! Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool in the indoor/outdoor game room or take a break from the competition with some classic arcade games.



In the evenings, gather around the outdoor wood burning fireplace for s`mores and star-gazing, or retreat to the cozy lake level bonus room for a relaxing movie night.

Property was beautifully kept. The kitchen had everything we needed and all beds but 1 were extremely comfortable. Property manager was very responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend.

Great Family Getaway

Perfect house for our family vacation. The house was well equipped and nicely appointed. Loved waking up and enjoying the birds from our porch on our quiet cove. We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks and the grandchildren loved the private beech. The arcade room was an added bonus one of the easiest VRBOs we’ve ever done. The owner was veryHelpful in providing all the info we needed and being available for any concerns. He also helped us to rent a Tritoon tha delivered to the house and waiting for us when we arrived. 5 star service all around!

Exactly what we wanted

Wow, really happy with our stay on this beautiful property. House layout suits multiple families with differing ages. Outdoor area is a haven. Home is very clean, easy to be comfortable in. Had everything we needed and more.

Christmas holiday

This property is as advertised and more. It served as a perfect location for us to get together with family over the holidays. Quick communication with owner, even on Christmas day, was a huge plus. Hope to stay here again next year.

Great location for all ages. Wife and i are in our mid 70's, our 3 kids with spouses in their 40's and the grandchildren aged 10, 13 and 16. Easy access to the lake without many stairs or steep banks was a hime run. House was very "comfortable". Felt right at home. Only one suggestion. Could use a large stock pot took cook large amounts of spaghetti and corn on the cob, etc.

Holiday Relax

The house is stunningly beautiful and with games and activities to keep the family engaged it was a wonderful holiday respite for my husband and I and our grown children. Huge bonus is proximity to the airport and nearby extended family. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Charlotte area.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The only disappointments were lack of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap and too few garbage bags and dishwasher pods (for a family of 11). However, we would consider renting again in the future.

Paradise on the lake

Great property!

Just as advertised. Staff was easy to work with. Clean house, lots of room for our 10 guests. Really enjoyed the downstairs area with TV, pool table, and firepit. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We stayed for a long weekend with our 5 grown children (20's) and everyone loved it! The home was better than we expected. Gorgeous place with a very laid back yet high end coastal vibe. Loved the floorplan - very spacious yet not overwhelming. The arcade room, outdoor grill, kayaks/paddleboards, outdoor fireplace and dock were all a hit. Loved the views from upstairs and down. Convenient to grocery store, amenities and access to lake for all the fun on the water. We all had such a great time and would definitely stay again! The property manager was very helpful and responsive as well.

FANTABULUS!! (FANTASTIC AND FABULOUS

The home, location, and amenities were perfect! We had three generations (Ages 4-67) and there was something for everyone. We had 3 of our own boats, a swim mat, and the owners provided two paddleboats and two kayaks, and there was still tons of room for fun and floating! The home was very well appointed with anything you could possibly need (bath towels, beach towels, a game room, outdoor fireplace, and beverage fridge. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine and fixings for s'mores was just the cherry on top. Very much appreciated the easy communication with the owner. If we have the opportunity to return to Lake Norman, we will definitely stay at this home, located in an easily accessible cove. We have already recommended a vacation to LKN to our family and friends!

Loved It!!

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful home!! Plenty of space, the lot to the lake is fantastic!! The beach was one of our favorite features. Great location! There wasn’t a lot of boat traffic so we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The kids had fun in the game room, playing pool every night. I highly recommend this home!

Great Experience

We were so pleased with our stay here! From check in to check out, everything was perfect. We rented this house for our big family vacation. It had everything and more. With 8 adults and 5 children, there was plenty of room. We felt that we never had to leave the property because there was enough entertainment with the lake/house activities. The kids loved the little sand area by the water. The house was very clean. The grocery store is super close and you can kayak/paddle board to Eddie’s for lunch/dinner! My biggest appreciation was how responsive the management staff was when we had questions no matter for early or late it was. We have already decided to rebook for next year! FYI- if you decide to rent a boat, be aware that some boats can not fit under the bridge by Eddie’s (where you will have to pass under to get to the house). Our boat rental company accommodated and allowed us to lower the shade cover to get under, but most do not allow this. We used CS boat rentals and they were great!

Family Vacation

We combined a 6-day family vacation with attending a couple of soccer games in Charlotte. We were able to have all of our children, spouses and grandchildren for stay. The set up of the house was fantastic as three of the bedrooms had their own on suite, and the grand kids had their own rooms and bathroom. The house was equipped with everything you could need except food and spirits! The back yard was great for games, lounging by and in the lake. We will definitely be back!
