This Original 1935 Mediterranean home hosts you in your own 1bd/2ba with its own separate entrance (duplex). Conveniently located across the street from the famed Hollywood Bowl! Just two blocks from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Wax Museum, and Dolby Theater; four blocks to the Chinese Theater and Disney’s El Capitan Theater; and just a FIVE MINUTE DRIVE to Universal Studios and CityWalk.
