This gem is located in a gated community in the heart of Las Colinas. 10 minutes away from DFW International Airport, 15 minutes away from Dallas Love Field Airport and Downtown Dallas.

The Toyota Music Factory is a couple minutes drive, with lots of places and activities to explore. Lake Carolyn is down the street with great lake trails and restaurants such as Pacific Table, Hugo's Invitadoes and more.

Late night bars including Reservoir, Bar Loui and more are just a few minutes away.

In the unit we are fully furnished, with high quality amenities. 3 bedrooms all furnished with queen size beds and Smart TVs (comes with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+, Max and more...). In the kitchen we have a cooking set, utensils, spices and more. In the living room we have a fireplace, two beautiful couches, smart lights and a large smart TV. Next to the living room we have a dining area perfect for dinner and games.

The property has two resorts style pools and a hot tub. This unit has a private two car garage.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights with my son, visiting my friend who moved to Dallas. We chose this apartment because it mentioned having 2 pools and a hot tub. The hot tub and one of the pools was completely out of commission for renovation. The other pool was unusable, full of leaves and looked as it is had been abandoned. I could say this about the overall outside condition of the property in general. This was a disappointment as this was the reason we chose the location. When I contacted the property manager and asked for a discount I was told that at any hotel a pool can be under renovation and the hotel would not be required to give me a discount. While I agree this may be true, I do feel like it is only fair to remove the amenities used to search for property options as this was the criteria I used to make my selection. I have never left a negative review however this was what the property manager encouraged when I reached out to make things right on a reduced cost. The space looked really cool in the pictures but felt drab, very dusty and floors were very dirty (when I wiped up water on the floor the rag was black). The property itself seems like it was really nice at some point, but has not been kept up or well tended too. I would not recommend this property as there are several nice properties for similar or less cost with amenities near the Lake Carolyn area that we will stay at next time. I feel it could be nice, it just needs finished and accurate amenities
