It offers a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the city marina. Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and kitchen table with four chairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Spacious bathroom. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve.
